No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any payments made to DX2
Why No Refunds?
We provide a 14-day free trial with no credit card required so you can fully test all features before committing to a paid subscription. This trial period is your opportunity to ensure our platform meets your needs.
What This Means
- No refunds for monthly subscriptions
- No refunds for partial months if you cancel mid-cycle
- No refunds for lack of use or change of mind
- No pro-rated refunds if you cancel before your next billing date
Cancellation
While we don't offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription anytime:
- Cancel from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You'll retain access until the period you've paid for ends
- After that, your account will revert to the free tier with limits
Exceptions
We may consider refunds only in these rare cases:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges (contact us within 7 days)
- Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the service for extended periods (and we couldn't resolve them)
These are handled case-by-case at our sole discretion.
